About this Guide
The Administrative Responsibilities Guide:
- Provides an easy-to-use reference to answer typical questions about who is responsible for what;
- Clarifies areas of accountability and responsibility for central and departmental administrative officials;
- Describes assistance available from administrative support departments; and
- Introduces a prototype code of conduct for administrative officials.
