(2569) Authority to solicit and accept or execute certain extramural grants and contracts

Authority to solicit and accept or execute certain extramural grants and contracts not to exceed $2,000,000 in direct costs in any one project year. Delegation is further limited to proforma MTAs requiring minimal negotiation, including but not limited to the UBMTA, Addgene MTAs, AUTM MTAs, proforma NDAs requiring minimal negotiation, amendments including no-cost extensions requiring minimal negotiation, and marketing boards requiring minimal negotiation. Any agreements in the foregoing list that require substantive negotiation, an any sponsored projects research agreements, shall be referred to a Contract Administrator 4 level or higher IAO staff person for signature. This authority may not be further redelegated.
