Authority to accept state and federal grants and contracts, and subawards from higher education institutions or a State of California agency, up to $10,000,000 in annual direct costs, and all others up to $5,000,000 in annual direct costs.
These actions shall be in accordance with the Grants Procedures published in the Facilities Manual.
